1. Purpose of SMS Communication
Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) uses SMS text messaging to support current team members through our internal HR Hotline. These messages are used solely for HR-related communication, including:
  • Support for benefits, leave, and policies
  • Workplace concern follow-up
  • Workers’ compensation and crisis assistance
  • Other confidential HR guidance initiated by the employee
Messages are never sent for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Your Consent

By initiating a text conversation with our HR Hotline or consenting during a call with an HR Business Partner, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your request. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier.
3. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Important: If you opt out, BHG will not be able to respond to any future SMS messages you send — including new inquiries — unless you explicitly opt back in by replying UNSTOP or reinitiating consent through HR.

4. Privacy of Your Mobile Information
BHG is committed to protecting your privacy.
  • We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS content to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Your information is stored and handled in accordance with our internal confidentiality and data protection practices.
